The 8000 square foot compound is comprised of the Great House, with three air-conditioned bedroom suites, living, dining and library/media rooms, fully open to the outdoor decks through moveable, louvered doors. An adjacent gourmet kitchen can be used to prepare simple al fresco meals or a multi course dining event. An air-conditioned, two bedroom guesthouse with full bath and indoor/outdoor showers completes the residence structure, sheltering the ocean front, 40 x 15 foot freshwater pool.

The secluded beach, set just below the villa, offers a pristine, white sand gateway to the coral reefs and multiple small coves along our coastline. Easily accessed by a lighted stone walkway, beach amenities include a kayak and snorkeling gear.
